Remove make up every night before going to bed, use body cream all over your body every day... and yes drink a lot of water.
I you're going to sun, protect your skin with sun cream.
For your hair, do not dye them too often, once in a while, protect them with good conditioner... if you're using hair staightener, use a base protection.

Use a high spf on your body and face, to prevent ageing.
Oh and cut down on the alchohol and eat lots of fruit and veg. No smoking.

Salads, water (lots of water) and lots of lipgloss. Love it, can't get enough of it my dressing table is covered with lipglosses. Oh ya and sleep

try this tip.......... after putting on lipstick, put your finger through the centre of your mouth and move it from side to side carefully, it removes the excess , that way you will never get lipstick on your teeth!
