Istarted wearing eyeliner when i was in the 5th grade but now alot of people dont even wear eyeliner they just wear mascara. but if you do wear eyeliner then dont make it too dark or it will just make your eyes look even smaller! :)

I've been applying eyeliner since I was 12 years old. I was always raised as beauty beauty beauty. If your young wait. Let the real you shine thru. Now, if I don't have eyeliner, or even a dab of make-up, I feel ugly, and hate going out of the house. I thought I was in labor, and applied make-up before I would go to the hospital.
