Some comfort with your body comes with age. The rest, with acceptance of yourself and perhaps practice.
When I began competitive swimming, I forgot to care about being naked, since I was several times a week in the locker room. The fact that there were so many other naked girls and women made it easier.

im fine being naked around the same sex. we all have the same things so why be shy. at first in school, when it came time to change for physical education i was bit shy but i got over it, we are all girls. girls that were really insecure had seperate lil rooms where they can change. but basically everyone just changed in front of each other. besides no one actually stops to look at you cause there to busy putting on/taking of their clothes and applying lotion/perfume etc or running to get to their next class. just pick a locker next to your friends, you will feel more comfortable with em then a complete stranger

Don't think about. I'm not a girl, so I can't exactly relate. It seems that many girls are self-conscious about themselves. When I was in Japan, I went to a hot springs. It was very relaxing, but I had to get in naked in front of everyone else who is also naked. Not a fun feeling. But I decided not to think about the fact, and just relax in what would be probably my only chance in a long time to get to enjoy the experience.
I then shared the experiene with my group and a few girls thought that was weird that I was willing to do it. I told them that guys don't really care. But then one of them said it was because I was skinny. So maybe, girls are a little weirder about it (really, guys don't care. We all shower in the same room without walls).
But you shouldn't be ashamed of anything, if you are. And changing your clothes is a lot faster than 10 minutes in a hot spring, so I wouldn't worry about other people.

I am comfy reasonably changing around other girls. I swim topless, often with friends, so being topless doesn't stress me at all. But I do change my panties quickly and get a little bit nervous. But I find everyone is normally too busy getting themselves changed to care what anyone else is doing.
Just change as quickly as you reasonably can, and over time you will get more comfy with it. And don't take any notice of what others are doing.

Of course! You should be comfy in your own skin, sugar. Unless you have holes or skidmarks in your drawers, and your bra's twisted and nasty, don't worry about it. They have the same thing you got. Girl, get out of that rut and face that locker room like a woman! Learn to appreciate yourself, then you can be in a room with anyone.

No, I am the same way. I have always had to go into a bathroom stall to change. I know how you feel. I have been that way my whole life and I am now 20 but still haven't figured out a way to not feel that way. But . . . it's not like it's a crime to feel that way. So how about just accepting the way you are and let it go. That's what I did. I don't know what the circumstances for you are though. It may be more difficult.

Become more aware of your body. When I was younger and didn't really pay any attention to my vessel it was very awkward for me to go showing it around at others. I'm now comfortable in my skin and comfortable in showing others. If there are certain things about your body which your embarassed to show, realize that everyone is embarassed about something. The more flaws we reveal the less we have to be ashamed of.

There is really nothing to be embarrassed about when it comes to changing in front of your own sex. Just remember we all have the same components just in different porportions.
Good luck with this.

It takes some getting used to. What I did when I was in school was I refused to look at others until I had changed my clothes one way or the other.

I've always been comfortable being naked around others of my gender, so I have no advice for you, just that you probably don't have anything that they don't.
