Sorry, but you can't, You can reduce the swelling by applying a warm towel to the blemish and keeping it clean.Also use a concealer with the same ingredients to treat the blemish.
In the future use products with Urea peroxide, alpha-hydroxyl acids, and special anti-androgen elements to treat and prevent.

garnier has a product for pimples called pure pen which reduces pimples really fast.Please check out the product details then use.

IF IT has a head like a white head just pop it Yeah it hurts but it will Help a bunch

Cover up or just keep on scratching and picking it off. It will eventually come off.
