Will Pregnancy Make You Fat?
Gaining weight is a normal (and healthy!) part of pregnancy, but we all wonder if we will ever see our pre-baby bodies again.
Folic acid: What you need to know?Folic acid, also known as folate, is a water-soluble B vitamin. Folic acid is necessary for proper cell growth and development of the embryo. When taken one month before conception and throughout the first trimester it has been proven to reduce the risk for an neural tube defect-affected pregnancy by 50 to 70 percent. Two-thirds of women in the United States are not getting enough of this important vitamin.
Is early pregnancy weight loss dangerous?
Weight gain: Timing is everything but Avoiding excessive pregnancy weight gain
avoid Intense thirst during pregnancy
Cramping and trouble (call Dr)
Iron supplement: Needed during pregnancy
*****All in all do not hesitate to talk to your doctor about anything you were not expecting to see/feel*********

Schedule an appointment to see a gynecologist. Ask them what you need to do and what you shouldn't do. They will usually give you a lot of booklets and flyers about pregnancy. You are only allowed to consume 12oz of seafood in a week. Do not eat fish that's high in mercury, like tuna and mackerel. Do not consume any raw food either; for instance, sushi. Stay away from junk food and eat a lot of green and orange veggies. On the other hand, if you can Chinese, then you should not eat watermelon. I don't know why, but that's what my family says.
I'm currently about 6 months pregnant and I'm Chinese. It's hard to stop eating the foods that I love, such as sushi, watermelon and chips, but time passes by really fast. Next thing you'll know, the baby is coming. Good luck!

The worst factor you might do is get into the complete mind-set of "if I furnish delivery manipulate and condoms, it manner I'm virtually telling them to head correct forward and do it each time, so I would possibly not." Teenagers are highly hormonal and curious, and if it will occur it will occur. There's relatively not anything you'll do approximately it except offering talents, recommendation, and knowledge. Offer to shop for condoms/delivery manipulate whilst the time comes. Until then the quality factor you might more often than not to might be to ensure they REALLY fully grasp intercourse and what it's. Not simply that is in which toddlers are made and whilst a mommy and a daddy relatively love every different crap. They must fully grasp that intercourse is anything persons do, it must be with any person very specific and any person you'll believe. Sex won't purchase you're keen on from any person, it is going to now not make you cool, it is going to now not make you believe widespread or specific or adored. Above all, ensure they recognise that you just and your husband love them.

Congrats first if all. Make sure you have plenty of baby care products because they run out so quickly. Take care of yourself and eat right. Get your needed rest and try not to stress over anything. No drinking or alcohol, or any drugs that could hurt the baby. Ask you doctor about Tylenol in case of headaches and follow what he or she tells you to do for the next few months.

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

Check at your local hospital, or plan parenting, they have classes you can take to help young mothers learn more about there bodies and there babies. It will be good for both of you. They will let you know everything you need to start out with, and cheapest ways of getting things. They can hook you up with coupons, mail in rebates, and other ideas. Your doctor can peobably tell you if these classes are available in your area too.

I would suggest just going with it. Immediately put down any drugs, alcohol, and smokes, and enjoy having other people be nice to you because you're pregnant. I have two kids, and one's 2 months old. It's not really as hard as everyone says it is. Just enjoy it and marvel in the miracle of life....

Talk to a doctor. He/She will tell you everything you should know. The biggies are no drinking, smoking, illegal drugs, and many different OTC meds may be harmful. Also, get a book about being pregnant. Good luck!
