After i finish my job at 1AM, one coworker drives after me, what shoul i do. I am female and he is male.

have someone pick you up or take the bus, cab etc...tell him to stop following you, let someone know about it your friends, family and inlcuding your boss. If he doesn't stop report him to the police.

um confront him at work in front of others.tell him hey why do u follow me after work.just let him know that u know and if he continues then tell ur boss or just call cops.make sure its not a coincedence like just kill time and leave a bit later and if he waits 4 u then yeah its obivious.so be careful ok

You have to let someone know about this sound creepy!Tell your boss right away, dont go out alone after work, have someone else walk you to your car, and park in a well lit area. BE SAFE!

Confront him! Show him your not scared and threaten him that your going to make a report and do it!! P.S. You might want to invest in a stun gun or mase just to feel more secure. Have you told your parents, boyfriend, brother, husband? Maybe you should, maybe they can give him a good scare. Good Luck!!

is there a way you can have someone pick you up? that's creepy, man! maybe you need to confront him. make sure it's daylight and lots of witnesses! ask him what's up and why the hell he's on your tail? take it seriously cause that ain't no joke. not at 1 am!! a matter of fact, not at any hour!!

During daylight and with another person, I would confront him... otherwise ahve a guy pick you up form work for a while.
