it's doesn't even look like poop, it's like clear yellowish mixed with blood pasty stool and i have no clue what is wrong with him.

It's sick. You need to take it to the vet ASAP, because something as small as a rabbit can dehydrate quickly and die, especially in the summer.

Time for you to take that rabbit to a vet. Anytime a rabbit seems to have messy poo you have to take them to a professional.

This doesn't sound good at all - it sounds as if your bunny has enteritis or some sort of infection, and definitely needs veterinary treatment. I've collected lists of reputed bunny expert vets listed on the 'net - just click on your country/state -

Sounds like a broken indestine which had formed an abcess which is coming out now. She WILL die from it if you don't do anything about it.

He's doing that because he is sick. Take him to the vet. Runny poop could lead to dehydration and death.

That would be when I would take him to a vet... I mean once I see blood... blood is never good he could have eatten something that tore him up inside...
