Navy Pier is about a 15 minute drive from US Cellular Field, but that can depend on traffic. Consider taking the El down. I believe the Red line goes to the park and downtown.

It's not that far, the issue is getting stuck in traffic and finding adequate parking. Taking the train is an option, but speaking from a personal perspective, I would never feel comfortable taking a train in south Chicago.

If you're planning to see a game and then go to Navy Pier I would plan on leaving the game early or find some place to hang out after the game and just let the traffic thin out a little.

The sox are at the "sox" stop on the red line. From there, you can take the red up to Grand. From there, Navy Pier is pretty far east, but you can take any bus that goes along Grand Ave.
