I was given Keppra for seizures and me hurt my daughter not even knowing at the time after it happened. It causes you to forget I remembered a few days later. She is in foster home , lawyer said medication was a factor in in since i started it a few weeks earlier. I went to a website and printed it out and gave to lawyer and my doctor sent a fax saying it causes agression!!!

If you have all of that, then I would think that the state would work with you. But if I were you, I would find another med. Maybe depakote or phenobarbatol (sp?). I would think that if your dr. thought meds made you hurt your kid that he/she would change them asap.

if you love your daughter as i know you must try to get on meds and stay on proper meds so you can have her back in your life - and above all practice safe sex and use condoms you don't want to have another baby while all this turmoil is going on. work very hard to get her back it won't be easy

So what is your question? Until you get your meds under control perhaps your daughter is much safer where she is.
