However, I rarely ever see a small "honorable" woman. If I were to insult or hit some of the smaller women I know, they would just call the cops on me or something. But they would be justified in doing that, which would make them "honorable".

I guess, honorable means using whatever means you have to defend yourself if threatened regardless of physical or emotional vengeful means.

You can't apply one hard and fast rule to every woman. Not all women are vindictive and mean. Not all men will punch you when you insult him.
