flour, shortening, buttermilk and a rising agent like yeast. Mix the dry ingredients first and mix til pea sized clumps form. Then add buttermilk and mix til dough is wet. Roll onto flour surfaced. Need lightly about ten times, then roll out. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 til golden brown. Use remaining dough and roll out, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, melted butter and nuts. Roll up and seal edges. Take scissors and snip sides every inch. Bake. Drizzle with Seven minute frosting. Two great things from one batch of dough.
