Because most people *do* get married at least once before this age... I suppose, the thinking goes that if a person have not met anyone to marry by this time in their lives, there's a deeper reason for it than them simply not coming across "the right one". I think, there's some truth to it. Each case is different, of course... But people do like to generalize! :)

Because they are ignorant and need to mind their own darn business.
You probably haven't gotten married for good reason. Don't change up your value system simply because these ignorant folks have something dumb to say.
Good for you...you are probably holding out for Mr. Right instead of Mr. Right now.
By the time you DO get married, you will alreadt have a good idea of life and the drama it can bring and hopefully none of it will end up with you and your man!

Because some people are DUMB. You can get married at age 99 if you want, and people DO! You will get married if you want. Forget what people say because every individual and every relationship is different and no one is an expert. You hear me, no one.

You just havent found the "one" yet....You will....People are so picky these days, after seeing all the divorce in the US who wouldnt be leary of getting married. Take your time and search out your soul mate!

They are jealous of you because they were too stupid to wait for the right person and now their marriage sucks. Don't listen to idiots like that. Wait for the right person and your marriage will last and be better than any of theirs. I am in the same boat as you. Take care of yourself first and don't let peer pressure cave you in.
And there are lots of us guys out there who are waiting on marriage too.

I don't know, but both my wife and I are living proof that those people are full of ****! Neither one of us had been married before either.

because You probably wont....statistically for women, your odds go way down..WAY down...........and if you do get married, its to a man on his second or third marriage...and he usually has kids too.
