You simply say that the marriage is not working, and you do not want to betray a good person by having an affair. It isn't easy, but honesty is really the best approach. Imagine living with someone you don't love for the rest of your life. It isn't fair to either of you!

Most states now days have no fault divorce laws.Meaning you can file for a divorce just because you want one.
