I messed around on my current lover that weekend I met the new girl that I am moving with. I have known her a month now and will be moving to the other state soon. What do you think the chances are that our relationship will be a lasting one?

Depends on so many factors, it's hard to say.

First, the fact that you messed around on one girlfriend for a new one does not bode well for you, cause what happens when the next gal comes along that appeals to you?

Relationships take commitment.

Second, I would recommend not moving in with this girl right off. If you have nothing to keep you where you are living now (family responsibilities, etc,) then hey, move and go where you want! But you might want to line up a job ahead of time, or at the least save up 3-5 months of expenses, so you can rent your own place, even if its just a room or studio apt, and then get a job and be on your own. This will allow you to get to know her better while not living with her, and then after 6-12 months you feel the relationship is solid enough, do whatever.

I can't tell you it WONT work out, but I can't say the chances are good. You might wanna spend some time getting to know her first.. then make the decision to move with her.

Good luck!
