Personally. I'm all up for Ps1, Ps2, and Ps3. All the way. I've been a supporter of PlayStation since it came out, and will always support it. Whewt for PlayStation!!!

I'll support any system I can afford. I'm probably not going to get the PS3 for a year, but I probably will get the Wii when it hits stores (I already have an X-Box 360).

I advise people not to get the 360. I have it and have had nothing but trouble with it since the day I got it. It has been scratching my discs. I just had trouble with it not identifying discs when put in. I am getting that problem fixed now. Also if you get the smallest scratch on the disc it won't read it. SONY products are much more reliable so far and I would recommend the PS3. Some of my PS2 games are scratched up about five times as bad as my 360 games and still play fine. However when technology becomes more advanced there are many cons. The 360 and PS3 spin the discs much faster than say the original xbox and PS2, therefore the slightest movement can throw your disc off course and scratch it. Overall, I'd have to say get the PS3. SONY is a more reliable company and hopefully that won't change.

I used to be a PS fan boy, but lately I've become neutral. I bought an Xbox and personally liked it better than the PS2 on most fronts. My ideal now though is that all systems have their strong points and weak points. I cannot stand Nintendo though. I liked everything up to the 64 but the Game cube and handhelds since then have been a major downer.
Here's a list of positives for the PS2 and Xbox

Xbox
-Harddrive
-Graphics
-Better Online
Really I don't think one console is better than the other. If you have enough money it's great having both but if you don't have the money the only way I was able to choose was through the exclusive games. There were just more exclusive Xbox games that I wanted than PS2 games.
As for the next Gen consoles I think the PS3 will be the better overall console because it has the advantage of coming out later which give Sony more time to improve it.

I like all systems. I've had coleco, ataris 2600-5200-7800, genesis, 3DO,turbographix 16, nes, snes, n64, ps1, ps2, xbox, and xbox 360. Ihave the 360 now and am very impressed with what microsoft is doing. I really like RPG's so, I'm hoping for more of those ( Oblivion is awesome ). I ordered mine using discounts from overstock and got the premium system for 312 shipped/ I cant see paying 600 for the ps3 though, sorry. MGS4 is the only MUST have game I've seen on it.

I totally hate Xboxes.. They really aren't as great as people make them out to be. My platform of preference is PlayStation.. but the PS3 seems like such a disappointment.
The GameCube is pretty awesome as well. I can't wait for the Wii! <3

YUUUP I AGREE!!!!PS3 ALL THE WAY MAN!!!!!LOOK OUT FOR METAL GEAR SOLID 4 GUNS OF THE PATRIOT! XBOX 360 IS WACK AND WILL NEVER COMPARE TO THE PS3!
