i mean, if somebody sponsered me or paid me, i would. but why do people go out and pay money for stickers to advertise for somebody else on their car?

hmmmm because there is no limit to stupidity???? lol.. when I bought my car I instructed the dealer to remove any advertisement from the car including the license plate holder! and they did... I don't advertise for anyone....

Some poeople put the decals on to show off the parts the have installed on thier rides. Some decals come with the aftermarket products, so the buyer doesn't have to spend more to put the decal on.
Other people think it just looks cool, or makes thier cars look faster.
There are the few who actually think it adds horse power...??

The same could be said for why people like clothes with brand names displayed.
Some decals are just fun though, and express personality.
And I think anything humorous or that helps lightens the mood in traffic is a good idea.

I don't get the whole advertising thing, but I like to put stickers on my car that express who I am and sentiments I want to share with others. Like "Back off or I'll flick a booger on your windshield!" or "Horn broken, watch for finger!"

Because they might forget they are driving a Ford Chevy Dodge . I have some cats on mine just so I can find it in a large parking lot. To many look alikes out there

People do not realize these things melt into their paint after a while in the sun, Some put them on for personal enjoyment

i advertise no products but proudly display my attitude with "Lead, Follow, or Get Out of the Way".

Maybe they're ricers. Or maybe they're proud to be a customer at wherever they bought the sticker.

its more of a "i wish i could be sponsored by these people" kind of sticker
maybe eventually if they get noticed at the right place at the right time they could get a sponsorship out of the deal

because they think it is cool, to represent somebody else...or maybe cause they have no sense of what cool is...or maybe they r brainwashed into the newest fad...like most young people
