When dealing with mens privates I much prefer the personality of the man and his cleanliness habits over his penile tattoos. However, that is a cute, original idea.

I might find it amusing at first, but I like more serious tattoos. Maybe you should get something that has more meaning to you, instead of just a joke/novelty.
