i am 14 and am going to be 15 this year i am like 5'7-5'5 how much should i weigh?

Well, are you 5'7 or 5'5"?? That would be good to know before providing information on weight recommendations.

At 14, you are a bit young... you are still growing, going through puberty, etc, so your body is changing. I wouldn't worry too much. Just try to eat healthy and get at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise most days of the week. Check out www.pyramid.gov for some extra information on eating healthy and exercising. If you do try to check out information about BMI, keep in mind that you will need to look at your age range, not adult BMI's. Also keep in mind that the BMI may not be the best method- in fact, it tends to overestimate for athletic people. For instance, I can run 8 miles, but the BMI chart says I'm overweight... but I can guarantee you that I'm healthier than a lighter weighing person who just sits around all day. For a better method, look into using fat calipers (a doctor could do this for you) or if you have the money and it's close enough... the most accurate measurement would be hydrostatic weighing (done in a big water-filled tub). It's all about how you feel and taking care of yourself... not what size pants you wear, or what the scale says. Just take care of you and love what your body can do, not just what it looks like! :)

Search the web for a BMI scale. its stands Body Mass somethig but it will give you a range of weights that is healthy bases on your age and hieght. If you are smaller boned go for the lower weight but if you are big bone its ok to weigh either in the middle or aroung the top. i know there is one on www.seventeen.com

you dont need to be exactally the weight you can be over or under so just dont worry about it because I bet people dont come up to you and ask how much do you weigh because that is so rude ! so dont worry about how much you are suppost to way!

if you are skinny you should weigh around 110 lbs.
