Do you mean the bald spot is on your scalp? Why is it bald? Did something happen or is it hairloss? I dont' think putting any kind of make up on it will help. But it does depend on if the hair will grow back or if you are experiencing hair loss. If you provide more details i can give better advice. Try the below websites too

Hey,
Millions of people all over the world are affected by hair loss, and it's not only the males that suffer this condition as even females are affected by this problem. What's sad is that many of the individuals affected by such a condition end up just accepting what is happening to their hair due to lack of information or options.
If you are looking for natural hair regrowth methods this is a good guide you can read http://hairagain.toptips.org
Cheers ;)

medical, I would go totally bald. You know? Shave your head
people usually notice colored in hair
If it is from something medical, I didnt mean to sound rude

It sounds like old blood that was obstructed from coming out somehow. A call to your gynecologist is a good idea.

Niether. You should get the cover up spray for men from your local drugstore or grocery store...and if this isnt some type of accident, get some rogaine.
can you cover it up with a hat or scarf or something?

I believe the human forehead is supposed to be hairless in all men and women from birth till death, unless you're one of those wolfmen.
