If you mean the final book in the Harry Potter series, then it's scheduled to be released on July 7, 2007.

Maybe people are thinking it will come out on July 7, 2007 [7/7/07], but there have been no official announcements yet.

There is no set date. To keep up-to-date on any VALID announcements concerning the release date go to www.jkrowling.com That is the real source of information and the only place where you can be ensured it is not a rumor. (And if there are rumors running rampant JK will squash them on her site also!)
