I mean sure if you just want your mole checked out fine but when your having a hard time using your arm and moving your neck why would they make you wait so long? Also is it realy safe to be on muscle relaxers that long???

IMO you should find a new doctor. Muscle relaxers are okay to take for a period of time, but it sort of sounds weird for muscle relaxers to be a form of treatment. Has there been a diagnosis? That's just odd...yes, I think you need a second opinion definitely.

Muscle relaxers are often not addictive or serious narcotics...however 3 months seems a bit long to do nothing but put you on pain pills...maybe you need to change doctors?
