What changes does the future hold for a high school classroom teacher? Will we teach from home? Will technology decrease the number of teachers needed? Give me your thoughts.

They'll need to know more stuff (in the subjects they will be teaching) then what they know today...

Like my parents didn't take Algebra till HS but no-a-days Algebra is being taught in Middle Schools and even in Elementry schools, so that means they need teachers with the higher math level skills when those youth get into HS...
That goes the same with any subject...
the only one I don't think will change much is Art, they'll just only have to incorperate Digital Art into the Art program, that's about it LOL.
Art is pritty much the same...

There might be some that teach from home, and have students who sign up for or are required to take online classes...

In the future, teachers will teach from small booths in the classroom that have bullet-proof glass windows, a pa system and a tear-gas release mechanism. Oh, and armored vests and military-style helmets. They will be armed but I don't know if they with receive fully automatic firearms or remain with semi-autos.

Paid more because children will behave worser and worser and teachers will not want to teach anymore or want the position and more and more children will drop out so their will be less teachers least students more money
