I hate soldiers, and violence full stop. i'm not just talking about the ones in the country i live in, i mean all of them. The only reason I wouldn't tell them so face to face is because they would probably hurt me.

the lack of logic in your answers is that if there were no soldiers we wouldn't need to be protected from the muslim nations, because, drum roll...............they wouldn't have any soldiers!!!!!!!

That is totally unfair. I can appreciate you hate violence, as a matter of fact i do too. But to say you hate soldiers, is totally unfair. Soldiers protect you and your country from attacks from other nations. if this country ever got invaded who would protect us , A , Soldiers would. Who defeated Hitler and his army in the WW2. Soldiers did. These men and women are prepared to die for your freedom and you hate them. Shame on you. Your view was ill thought through and very naive. Think again as one day your life or your child's life may be saved by a SOLDIER.
No I'm not in the military i just respect our armed forces for all the good they do around the world.

You hate people who put their life on the line to protect yours; you have no clue what your life would be like if they had not been there fighting and dying and being maimed on your behalf all through our history.
You are not peaceful, you are a coward, an ungrateful coward. Not to mention shallow, ignorant, and, as you yourself said, hateful.
I don't think a soldier would hurt you if you said these things to him or her, but if I were you, I wouldn't tell this to their mothers or wives.

Well of course, if we go by your "logic" we wouldn't need soldiers because in Magic Fairyland there is no human nature, therefore no enemy soldiers. And every country on Earth that is deeply infiltrated by muslim terrorist cells (Which is how they fight, they're not too big on armies. That takes courage) will have no worries because we would automatically all be friends.
But back in the real world, you hate the men who fought and died, suffered and lost body parts to save us (you included) from the Nazis. Yep, you are a true wise woman of peace.
Watch a real war documentary sometime. At best, it will reinforce that hatred of soldiers that makes you so self-righteous. At worst, it will make you think.

Wow! Do you realize that soldiers give up their life so you can live in peace and freedom? We don't even have the same rights as you. We live in a miltary state while you have democracy. We can't even publically give our opinion on certain things. We are here to do things that you or some other people won't or can't do. Violence is of course bad. But when someone comes and kills 3,000 of our citizens, it's time to stop them. If we just layed down our weapons, the brutal people who do not want you to have freedom will step right in and take advantage of you.

Soldiers are only doing a job. Just like anyone else that punches a time clock or sits in front of a computer all day long, they are just doing what they signed up for. Don't blame the soldiers for what their boss makes them do.

It would appear then that you have let your anger overwhelm your reason. While blind obedience is not a quality I admire, service for the benefit of one's country is the sign of an admirable character. If you must hate someone, hate all those leaders who so callously use and misuse the soldiers of their countries with no regard for the lives of the soldiers and typically with no concern for their nation's best interests.

you know what you are ignorant, it is not soldiers that start wars, it is governments that start wars, and the people who run them they are cowards, i dont know which country you come from, but no soldier in my country would hurt you, they are brave men most join for a career and never expect to go to war, they are brave men who have no choice, if you think all soldiers do is fight and kill you are so misinformed, do you think its easy to leave your family behind never knowing if you will see your kids again or your husband/wife, do you think its easy when your family are begging you not to go and you have to walk away from them, do you think its easy when you dont know the next time you will hear your loved ones voice again. Apart from all that, soldiers work bloody hard, for crap money, not only are they soldiers they help with disasters like foot and mouth, they worked bloody hard in the fire strike, plus 6 months at a time peace keeping, excersises, i have never met a soldier who liked violence, if you think men join the army so they can be violent you are stupid i know grown men who have cried at the things they have seen, soldiers go all over the world building schools hospitals, repairing buildings, building bridges, keeping peace, do not associate violence with soldiers they are men with families, who love, cry, and need support.

I dont hate soldiers they are only men following orders most of them are wonderfull and train really hard to protect our country and save lives. If you want someone to blame then blame Bush blair and other moronic goverment leaders who despite mass protests over the WORLD still went to war.
Dont blame the soliders they do a tough job and deserve respect blame their commanders.

I may not like the fact that we need soldiers, but I don't hate them. I admire them for their willingness to defend freedom around the globe. It's not just the soldiers of other countries that our soldiers fight ... it's terrorists like Osama bin Laden, the Taliban, Hezbollah, Hamas and dictators like Saddam Hussein ... God bless our soldiers and keep them safe!
And you are very immature to think that American soldiers would hurt you if you told them you hated them. They've endured much worse than a little girl saying "I hate you!" Get over yourself already!!
