Assuming you had it done at a reputable shop, the A\C was probably serviced correctly, and works properly.

1) Check to see with the engine running, if while the A\C switch is off, and the temperature control is set to the "cool" position the air blowing thru the vents should be just above the outside air temperature.
If it seems realy warm, or hot, you may have a problem with the heater hose valve not closing all the way.

2) With the A\C on, heater fan on low, and the temperature control set to "cool" you should have cold air coming out of the vents.
If, while the A\C is on, as you slide the temperature control from cool to "hot" you should feel a drastic raise in temperature. If you don't notice a change, you have a problem with the flapper inside the heater core housing. (the flapper controls which area your heater box gets air from. Either the heater core side, or A\C side, or a mix of the two depending on the position temperature control.)

If you have cold air while fan is on low, but warms considerably with the fan on high, your freon is low.

Good luck.

Are you using R-12 or R-134? What are your high and low side pressures? Why did you replace the condenser? If the compressor went bad you should of also replaced the accumulator and the orifice screen and flushed the system.
Then attach a vacuum pump to the system for 30-minutes to remove all the moisture, add the proper amount of oil and refrigerant.

Your freon might be out.
Or if you have the new(er) style already, then it just might need to be recharged.
You mean your a/c right?

assuming you had it professionally done they should have recharged it since they had to bleed off the line.. it might just be the blower motor but then it wouldn't blow out anything..
