yes its SAFE but your probably not going to get the workout you want, it takes a while for the blood plasma to regenerate itself, your going to find yourself tired b4 u know it

during your workout your body is going to start pulling as much protein and nutrience as possible from you blood which wont be 100%

Take the day off. Maybe even two.

I was a marathon runner for 20+ years and was very sensitive to my energy and fluid levels from daily workouts. I was running about 40 miles a week, as much as 15 on Sundays, usually at a bout a 6:10/mile pace. When I would give blood, I took a couple of days off and when I ran again noticed a loss of energy. Since I tracked my performance every time I ran, I could see that I had some loss of performance for about three weeks. You may not notice 5 seconds per mile over eight miles, but I sure did, so I would say give yourself a chance to recover your lost red blood cells before pushing yourself to the limit.

You do push your limits, right? If it's just a light workout, maybe you won't notice anything after a few days.

Yup. No problem there. The only period you need to be concerned about is the 15 minutes right after. That's why they have you stick around and to have cookies.
