in reality the bible doesn't really talk about hell until the new testaments, you look at the creation story it says nothing about hell, or Satan, slowly in the bible theories of gods torment of wrong doers are placed in the bible, in reality heaven was just the sky, and the earth was created for ppl, good and bad alike, no hell no what we consider heaven, the heaven we want is not meant for us, because it was meant for those who look after us, Angel and what not, we are living spirits, and when we die were the same, so we have no place in heaven heaven is for another form of beings that were created. The earth is our, and most ppl don't want to accept that, because there probably the ones helping screw it up, and want Jesus to come save us all, no like Jesus said heaven is right before, just look.
So that really doesn't make since, but as to Ur question there is no heaven or hell for us, we create it on earth, and when we all realize Christ as our personal savior(not Jesus) but just chirst(which I feel is the essense of goodnes or the golden rule, the holy spirit, or the comforter of human kind, and not a lord) can we then go on to a heavenly existence

Are You judging The CREATOR !? Did You awaken one morning and decide to help Him finish up , it being the fourth Day and all was good! Better still do you know just how BIG GOD's Mercy is ? God 'ordered' man to be obedient to one thing, Adam did not ! Later in man's travels with GOD it was told about Hell and why(disobedience) but the promise of forgiveness holding a place in Heaven was reinforced in all the books that followed.

there is not any sparkling decrease version. historic and medieval guy created the theory of heaven and hell to attempt to regulate humankind. it truly is their creation that you presently worship interior the church at present. The Victorian era reported the clergy preaching from a severe pulpit looking down on the congregation and blasting forth hell and damnation on all sinners. the reply is fairly on your own heart - a organic heart will earnings a more effective element interior the astral - an impure heart will stay in a low element or will replace and carry a more effective one.

Dante (laymen - peasant - poet) was the biggest marketer for this idea with his poem, "The Divine Comedy". This poem describes in explicit detail many of the imagery that he viewed to be in Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven.
Dante wrote this masterpiece in the 1200's and during that time, many were suffering and hell seemed to consume Earth rather than be another destination. Stuff like the plague, war, corruption brought many to their knees. It is said that Dante was not writing per se about Hell but about his love life ... however, with the times, and the language Dante wrote in, it became popular to use his poetry to persuade people to be better humans through fear rather than through rewards.
The Bible does not present Heaven and Hell as Dante did, but Dante seems to have captured us enough to penetrate the visions of his hell into our minds. The Bible attributes Hell as "Living without God" or ceasing to exist; God is love, and we should strive for eternal life in the presence of love.

The concepts of heven and hell were invented by church officials who needed a way to keep people in line without having to monitor their behavior 24x7. So they invent a fictitions eternal reward and eternal punishment, then they get these people to believe in them. Bingo! Now they knew the people would obey their rules either out of fear of going to hell, or due to the promise of going to heaven, and the church officials would not have to waste time watching them. It was really ingenious, and the shrewdest lie the catholic church has ever perpetrated.

How about this...Heaven is for people who recognize they do bad things and ask the Creator of the Universe to forgive them for their bad deeds. Hell is for people who know they do bad things but never ask for forgiveness and keep doing them.

i always imagine heaven as a world of skinless, blood soaked nightmares, clambering from the deep that clangers from the meat of the guilty, does that make me a satanist?
