Try ginger beer. You can buy it in the grocery store. It is stronger than ginger ale, but it last longer. Also try ginger tea, or chewing ginger root. I would agree with the other mom to stop the prenatals and find another multivitamin for women.

I didn't take prenatals with my son and he was a completely healthy 9 lbs 10 ozs.

abortion, lol

OK seriously- stop taking those prenatals, and try flintstones. Prenatal vitamins sometimes cause orning sickness. Yes I have a kid, lol.

Also try tums, and ask your doctor if pepto bismol is safe, and if not, what is.

Be sure to brush your teeth, or at least wash your mouth out with water after throwing up. Puking can damage your teeth, seriously.

Nothing is going to take it away totally-- just take the edge off.
Make sure you eat regularly and take a B Vitamin too. That seems to help alot according to studies-- and it helped me too.
I also ate alot of oyster crackers-- seemed to keep the "urps" down more.

When you drink water, milk, juice ec. drink it before or after your meal about a 1/2 hour away. Eat your meals with out anything to drink, or if you do drink make it somehitng small, just enogh to wash it down, not to drink for thirst.

My sister and Sister in Law, swear by those 'Atomic Fireballs" hard Cinnamon candy. They are a red jaw breaker candy. They would buy them bulk at Sam's club. You can get them at most candy shops too.

I had that problem. It was so bad that I couldn't eat anything. I told my doctor and he prescribed some pills for me. Unfortunately I can't remember the names. They were the best.
