DO NOT EYACULATE IN A CLEAN CUP AND TRY TO INSERT IT IN HER WITH SOMETHING LIKE SOMEONE SUGGESTED YOU, by doing so you can serious injure her, so, a doctor's visit will help you with that, it might not be as bad as you think, however this is something you really should care for. Other than suggesting you to see a doctor, you might want to try to have her on you whenever you feel it is comming!

U need to see a doc, but if you want to have kids.
try this: When u know the ejaculation is coming, push it back in her.
or do it in a clean cup, n get something to insert it in her.

If you are trying to have a baby, leave your penis in her until you ***..... Unless you don't *** for a few minutes. It will work if you *** a few seconds after . Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!
