Cut out junk foods and the like from your diet...cut your calories a bit while losing...and exercise 3 to 5 times a week (try for an hour a day)...

You lose weight when you burn more calories than you take in...so get burning...good luck!

I did Weight Watchers and dropped 50 pounds. It was so worth it. It's very easy to follow and is not a diet. I eat all the foods I love, just less of them.

There are so many gimmicks out there but weight loss boils down to: eat less, move more. That's key, plus you really have to want it.

exercise and good eating. if exercise is too much then do something that might help you to exert more effort on your body like, parking on the very end of the mall so you have to walk farther than the rest. dont use elevators, use the stairs. and try eating 5 times a day. not a full meal just enough to satisfy your hunger.

Do not eat past 7pm. Quit eating junk food. Exercise (just take the dog for a walk every night). And the most important thing is to make sure you east breakfast. It gets your metabolism going first thing in the morning.

Lots of vegetables and fruit, some lean protein, some low/no fat dairy products, some whole grain products, 6 glasses of water per day, 1/2 hr exercise most days. Works fast and is healthy.

I's say probably what you've already heard. Dont over-eat, exercise 20-30 minutes a day (even if its just going for a walk), drink water (especially when you want to snack)

Join Weight Watchers

Drink lots of water (water curbs your appetite) and don't eat fried food. Stop eating at the fast food resturants unless you get a salad.

well something that helps is doing 100 situps everyday and not eating anything that has over a 120 calories and you can get like a little book to record you calories that you have eaten. I did that and it worked

There's no substitute for diet and exercise, cut back on caffiene, fat, sodium, carbs, increase vegis, fruit & protien, and drink at least 8 glasses of H2o a day
