We aren't obtaining energy from MR. We're dumping energy into the system to flip the protons and receiving back a radio signal. If neutrinos resonate, it hasn't been found yet what frequency that would need to occur @.

We don't get power from neutrinos.
We don't get neutrinos from nuclear magnetic resonance.

Neutrinos are not good for powering anything.
They are neutral (no charge) and have such small
cross sections, they tend to not interact with things
much (hardly at all).
