A business management degree is a great degree to have. The degree fits into many diverse areas.
My question to you is where do you want to be in 5 years? A manager, director? What realm do you like?
I have hired over the past 5 years numerous amounts of people with this type of degree and they have yet to let me down.
Shoot for the stars!

Have you asked the careers counsellors at your university? They should organise employers' fairs. If they don't, do you have a student union? They can give you guidance.
Meanwhile, search the web. Almost every large firm has a graduate entry program on its website.
Otherwise, decide what you would like to do every day for the next 40 years and look at opportunities in that field or do a PhD in it and become a consultant.
Don't aim for stupid things like getting rich. Aim for happpiness and use SMART to set your objectives.

I hate to say this but its a poor manager that has not planned this out already. Where was your strategy?
Now...... take a deep breath .................and BECOME A GROWN UP !!!!!!
Start to PLAN something; what that is is totally up to you, what ever you want to spend your days doing
