Nope its like normal summoning a monster can't change the battle postion until your next turn, you can change with a card effect even though if you just summoned it.

But its possible to get a monster in defence when you special summon a monster into attack, its called Level limit B its card affect says: On the field both u and your opponents monsters are sent to atk to def if your monster has 4 levels lower the monster stays in atk but if its 4 levels higher its sent to def if you special summon a monster to the field the monster is sent to atk to def. But make sure you have a trump card to defend that card good luck and (trust in the heart of the cards)

No. Just like you cannot summon two monsters on the same turn. Unless the card has an effect allowing you to change the postion then you must wait until your next turn.

No. You can only change a monster position once per turn, not counting the turn you Normal, Flip, or Special Summon it.
