we dont like to change bed sheets more than a month, or pants, or sox... whilstt women are extremely clean 100%.

You can't generalise things like that. It's completely personal. My husband is extremely clean person (and he's quite an after puberty boy now ;-)). My father I know only as a grown up man, but also - clean, clean, clean. Same case with my brother for whom I can say got much cleaner after hitting puberty.
As for the women being extremely clean - also goes with the individual - trust me, in my student days, when I was sharing place with other girls, I really saw many things....
So, the best thing to ask is "why am I so unclean?", and maybe re-organise your daily habits.

Historically men were the hunters, women tended hearth and home...it's generally not impressed upon guys to be clean or keep their living area clean...girls on the other hand often grow up helping mom clean the house, do the laundry, etc..we're exposed to it from early on, and that "ladies" bathe daily, clean under their nails, wear fresh clothing, etc...
Some guys end up being clean guys anyway...and some women filthy...there are always exceptions...

Either your mom or dad didn't teach them about hygiene or they just choose to be lazy...gross, nothing like a dirty smelly guy!
