With the third loss in a row to the Twins today, the White Sox have reached the pits where they will end up this season after a Cinderella year lst year. They will NOT get Soriano. He will not be traded, and even if they did, he cannot save them any more than Roger Clemons, the drama king, can save the Astros. Remember, this is a TEAM sport. No one individual is ever responsible for the success of a team!!

They will. Not today though.
The white sox are too good a team. They are merely going through a slump right now.
I think Soriano wants to be traded to a team that has a good chance of winning the WORLD Series---and that is NOT the white sox.

I myself think that the White Sox will get better if they add starting pitching before the trade deadline. Call me crazy, but at the start of the season, I had a hunch that their rotation wouldn't duplicate last year's success.
Forget about Soriano in Chicago. Thats crazy talk. They need SP.

White Sox are so screwed. They will not get Soriano, because they are not willing to give up what they have to, and they will not make the playoffs because Detroit will win the division and the Twins will make the Wild Card.

The White Sox won't trade McCarthy. There's no way they can get Soriano unless they change their minds.

maybe they will, maybe they won't. they will have to make out a good trade that the nationals would want. i think they tried McCarthy for Alfonso but i don't think that worked out too well. Really i'm not looking forward to seeing any trades and just watching plain good ol` baseball .
