Please go back to school. I went back to night school at the age of 30 with 3 kids and finished my doctorate. One of my fellow classmates was over 70 years old. Just make sure you apply for all of the financial aide you can, there is lots of it out there. It was alot of hard work but I did it. Don't listen to anyone who tells you you can't do it, they are mislead and are not after your best interest. And prayer also helps.

I suppose it is a practical blip... realistically McCain might ought to win such a lot of swing states that I do not suppose it is going to occur. McCain might desire a 'excellent typhoon' in an effort to win and that's definitely particularly not likely. Right now McCain is proven forward by means of one factor in Nevada and a pair of elements in New Mexico... he'd want either one of them to win and I might guess plenty that they may not each pass crimson. I suppose the one truly shot McCain has of successful is tipping one really 'tremendous' state his means (i.e. Michigan or Pennsylvania). Both have long past blue within the final 4 elections and I suppose the ecomonic disorders will resonate extra with citizens there than whatever else- knowledge Obama.

Of course it's not too late! A lot of schools offer programs that are targeted to non-traditional aged (ie. older) students. They change the rules a little so that it's manageable to get an education on top of having a family. My university does this, and I've taken classes with many older students. If it's something you've always wanted to do- I think you should definitely go for it. Your hard work and dedication will set a great example for your children.

Absolutely not!
My husband graduated from HS in 1991 just like you and he is now after years of thinking about it; beginning the process of getting his degree. Think about what a great example you will set for your children; and how much more/easier you will be able to provide for them after you have attained your degree.
Adult students are the fastest growing population of college students in the US today. There are many colleges that have programs specifically designed for the working adult. I work for a college in Student Services for such a program. Many of my students are single mothers who are working to support their families and are also coming to school to get the education they need to earn a degree. You would definitely not be alone!
Try to find a program in your area that caters to the Adult Student; offering evening or weekend classes on an accelerated schedule. Many schools that offer accelerated schedules have crafted their programs so that their students are eligible for financial aid benefits and can also complete their degree in a shorter time frame than a traditional, part-time semester-based format would allow.
Good luck, and congratulations for making the decision to further your education!

Hey, you are good to go. It's never too late for any education. So, just get what you want and show the world what you are capable of. Don't ever lose your hope. Perseverance and determination pays off, dear.

As long as you're alive it's never too late. Might be hectic juggling that and the three kids, though. Good luck!

You'll always regret it if you don't.
You chose to invest your younger years in your kids. So now it's time for you to get a piece of the action. Nothing wrong with that.
Go for it!
