Give no encouragement whatsoever. If at all possible, don't be alone with the boss. If he flirts with you, do not smile or respond. A blank or puzzled face is a good response. You don't need to be angry or even acknowledge the flirting. If anything, act as if it is confusing and make no sense to you. (As if obviously he's married, so he must not be flirting with you.)
If he is blatant, as in asking you out on a date. Politely refuse, "I'm sorry, but I wouldn't feel right going out with a married man. I hope you understand." You don't need to scold him or make any judgments about his behavior, but don't leave room for him to think you would say "yes" under just the right circumstances.

Don't give him extra attention. Be professional always but don't chit chat with him and make sure he knows you go to church every Sunday (even if you don't) and you can't wait to get married and have 12 children. Other than that, get a new job! Or report him for sexual harrassment.
