I have three numb toes, the middle of these is worse. They have progressivley numbed over the last two weeks. I also had an accident last week which badly bruised my leg and seemed to accelerate the numbing
I also have a slight pain in my buttock (same side).
does anyone know what this might be??

it might be a nerve problem, ill go and get it checked cause its serious if a nerve is damaged. Get the doc to look at it or the hospital the sooner the better.

You may be experiencing a condition called neuropathy which in simple terms means the decreased sensation due to pathological nerve damage or interruption. This may be caused by several things but most common is diabetes. Diabetes causes decreased circulation in the extremities causing a decrease in nerve activity and an increased time for healing of injuries... GO TO YOUR DOCTOR...

i know EXACTLYY! since im studying to become a DPM (doctor of podiatric medicine) doctor for the foot and ankle i can help you!!! if i was you i would go to a doctor or podiatrist becuase it sounds to me that you have a pinched nerve. i strongly suggest and i cant say it enough please go to a doctor because it will keep getting worse. expecailly if you move the wrong way! i hope you get better!!!
