You need to chart your ovlation cycle...go to mymonthlycycles.com, and they have a free online ovuation predictor. you just ened the date of your last menstrual period and how long your cycle is, and it will give you the best time to conceive. Do it every other day around that time, and wait and see.

You need to see an OBGYN first
Perhaps there is a reason you are not getting pregnant
The doctor could guide you to a Fertility specialist if there is a
more serious issue

How about you concentrate on getting married first. Babies are expenisive and can put alot of strain on any relationship especially newlyweds. You guys are so young. Be young be happy be free before you give it all up.
