Does anyone know what the weaknesses were of the following hitters,as far as how pitchers got them out?

Rod Carew,Wade Boggs,Tony Gwynn,Pete Rose,George Brett

pitcher jammed them because all had poor power hitting ability for such high profile players.....so when the pitchers came inside these guys didn't have the strength to muscle the ball anywhere except as a pop up or a weak ground ball....but when they got their pitches they hit them well.

they just gave them a lot of crappy pitches.
