Does anyone have the newer version of 'The Sims' (sims 2) on PC... how do you like it and do you have any of the expansion packs on it?

I have and LOVE SiMs2 but have not gotten expansion packs on it...I did not get a cheat with it though but someone gave me one for 1000 simoleans if you want it let me know it helps to build better houses and helps when you have a person that WANTS MONEY all the time...
I forgot the name of that You know they want Education and to be famous and all that...sorry I just forgot...but anyway contact me if you need a cheat for 1000 simoleans...

SLOW SIMS is not good!

I played a Sims 2 at a friends house that had the GAME CARD and it was so cute!

I have the Sims 2, The Sims 2 Nightlife, & Open for Business (I like Open for Business better than Nightlife). I personally love the games. I have all the originals. What I like best about the Sims 2 is you have a greater control over what your sims look like, and the age progression is awesome. My only complaint about it is that it takes up a lot of space on the computer, and after running for a long period of time it slows down. But if your a fan of the original Sims, then I would definately recommend this game to you.

I have it!! I love it, except for one thing. It's too slow! It takes my computer literally 5-10 minutes of my time just for the adults to get the toddlers a bottle. If you are going to get it, make sure that you have a fast, up-to-date computer. I don't have any expansion packs right now to it, because it would just slow down my computer more. But, I will definetly get the pets expansion pack to it when it comes out in september. I hope I answered your question!
