Mine was the baby laying on my siatica(?) nerve and I would have pain and sometimes couldn't stand or walk! Sometimes the baby's weight does it. You may have your labor in your back also.Ask the dr. for exercies to help the back to relieve the pain.

Growing a giant baby inside of you! LOL!
Really.....you're carrying around extra weight in your belly. Your boobs are getting bigger and heavier. The baby is pressing on stuff inside and squashing you which makes you uncomfortable as well.

Try pelvic rocking to make yourself more comfortable.

See a massage therapist. This will make you more comfortable, keep your body in balance which will make labor easier, and also teach you to relax for labor.

Consider seeing a chiropractor as well.

The baby puts pressure on it with all the weight gain. I had back labor which was horrible. Also you sleep funny because you have a big weight on your front. So your back is under stress.
