i wanna look nice for school cuz im away for the summer and i wanna surprise all my friends what a good workout that acctrually works?

If you go to self.com com there is a section called self body challenge. It is free and gives very detailed workouts. There's a place to record your workout and a food journal if you want to really track your progress!

For a workout to work, it has to be something you enjoy. Otherwise, you won't stick to it.

Try a lot of different activities, and see which ones you like the most, and are feasible for you. Swimming? Dancing? Playing jai-ali? Boxing? Walking the dog? You get the idea.

Swimming is proven as the best sport. (although I hate it)
Try this,
mix it up do all of them every day but not in the same order
50 good crunches
light 10 minute jog.
50 jumping jacks
medium 45 minute jog
50 good crunches
hard hour jog
THis helps because the crunches tone your body and gives you hard abs and the jumping jacks are burning minimal fat without hurting and the jogs burn fat. (alot)

Bike riding is fun. Ive lost about 15 pounds in the past 2 months, riding mine. Plus its a good way to save on gas, lol.

Running, jogging, drink lots of water (no pop) and cut out sugar. This will tone you over all and clear up your skin some. You have to run until you sweat for about an hour to get an overall effect.

It would've been helpful if we knew what you were doing, so we'd not suggest the same thing since you are bored with it...

Try bicycling, walking briskly, aerobics videos, inline skating, trikking, dancing, and the list could go on...

wake up everymorning and go to the lifetime channel at like 7:30 pacific time and do that work out. it looks weird but it works with time!

tha best thing is Cardio, try jogging...burn off a lot of cals, if ur trying to get "cut" u needta burn off the fat 1st, and cardio is the best, its wat I do and it shows results!!!!!
