No, but it might-as-well be. Homosexuality is discriminated against and there are laws that stop homosexuals from doing things such as getting married. Basically you can be a homosexual but you can't get married or have straight rights.

homosexuality is not against the law in the civilised world as fore mentioned,there are some countries though in which homosexual behaviour is severely punished,not merely frowned upon....in some Muslim states for instance,mere suspicion of homosexuality can lead you to a death sentence etc...but thats what happens when religious fanatism prevails over plain logic......
