If you start to shimmy or shake or have to camp out in the bathroom, it is probably too much. There was a young man in England who took caffeine pills (equivalent to about a hundred cups of coffee) and died. He wanted to stay awake, but it had the opposite effect. Listen to your body, no one knows it better than you do. If that fourth cup of coffee in the morning makes you feel edgy, then adjust your consumption. Never forget that caffeine is a drug.

one cup of coffee is too much for some people, and others can drink 15-25 cups a day! I guess it just depends on the person.

One,
especially for women, caffeine promotes cysts in the breasts and in the fatty tissue surrounding the underarms.
