It hasnt sucked my brain out. i like it cos it is away to escape from real life, not that life is bad cos its not but its nice to just chill and not have to think about anything inparticular, watching tv is a good time to do this.

Well you have to agree that if TV was a drug that caused millions of people to slump in their chairs next to each other staring at a single spot in the room it would be banned. It all seems so utterly pointless...wonder who's going to be evicted from BB on Friday.....

I have no idea, its so boring aswell! Also, is it my imagination or is every joke, on comedy programs like friends, pretty much the same joke (like making fun of how stupid someone is again and again and again)
Don't you think that the vocab used is really small too and the same in every program?

No it doesn't, that's your opinion.
I like TV as much as I like to read a book, watch a film or surf the internet.

thats why we like it...we dont have to do anything to watch tv...dont even have to think....its like sleeping whilst still being fully aware of your surroundings and also getting mildly amused
