Yes, I live in Glendale, AZ. I'm grateful I don't live in Tempe. Its not only the rapist, but also a serial shooter. My girlfriends father was actually shot at on Saturday. The bullet didn't break or penetrate the glass. 1/2 mile down the road, someone on a bicycle got shot. It is very scary.
