To many to keep track of and it would be a head ache and end in voting, then people would vote for them selfs many times etc.

How would Yahoo! Answers evaluate a best question? Without offering an answer to every question, it would smack of favoritism at best. In terms of number of answers, it wouldn't make sense because you and I both know answers aren't always thought out.
Also, what does it "make sense" to ask? The only stupid question is the one you DON'T ask.
