by betraying do you mean her leaving him after he's cheated on her, hit her, ignored her, made fun of her, never listened to her, took her for granted, dated her sister, told her she should look like (insert any female celebrity) told her to shut up, never helped around the house, was gone for a weekend, she found another woman's panties in his coat pocket etc....you get the idea.

I would rather die than be unfaithful - it's as simple as that. Sadly, not all women feel that way and neither do a lot of men. It's a sad fact of life. All we can do is try to teach our kids honour and respect and hope they follow our good example.
