In time YES but don't expect anything quickly. Raiders have lots of problems, especially on D and I don't think Brooks is the answer at QB either. Brooks is a temp fix.

I would love for the Raiders to return to glory and the Superbowl, but their situation at quarterback and on defense leaves me with concern. Quarterback is a huge problem. Is Tuiasasopo the answer? Or is it Aaron Brooks? You tell me.

One hopes. This Commitment to Mediocrity is getting a bit much. I blame Gannon--I think he was a KC Chief plant and that charge to the Uber Bore was all a ploy to make da Raidahs an embarrassment on the world stage.
Let's get the Silver and Black back to where teams feared us.

If he can motivate this generation of players to get back to excellence then I think he really can bring them back. To me, I think you have to be motivator for a team that lacked leadership and discipline over a decade and some years and that's why I think he can.
