Connection Speed.
Just like a VOIP you have to have a decient Connection Speed both the Down load so you can hear them and the Up load so they can hear you. Go to www.speakeasy.net at the bottom of the page there is a speed test click on that and pick the server thats closest to your location. Usually your upload isnt as great as your download. If you have anything less then 100kbs then you need to call your Internet company, unless you have dialup then your s.o.l., and see why your upload sucks.
